Lezione: Ecco uno schema per rendere le cose pił facili.
Prendiamo un aggettivo: large
COMPARATIVO DI MAGGIORANZA larger
MINORANZA less large
UGUAGLIANZA as large as
SUPERLATIVO ASSOLUTO very large
RELATIVO the largest

COMPARATIVO DI MAGGIORANZA
Si aggiunge -er. Quando gli aggettivi terminano in -T,-G, questi raddoppiano: big-->bigger hot-->hotter
Esempio:
He's taller than you. E' pił alto di te.
Con i plurisillabici usiamo MORE.
Esempio:
She's more beautiful than me.
COMPARATIVO DI MINORANZA
Si fa precedere l'aggettivo da ''less''
Esempio:
He's less tall than you. E' meno alto di te.
COMPARATIVO DI UGUAGLIANZA
''as...as''
Esempio:
He's as tall as you. E' alto quanto te.
SUPERLATIVO ASSOLUTO
very/really/absolutely
It's very interesting!
SUPERLATIVO RELATIVO
''the...-est''
Esempio:
She's the tallest in the world!
Con i plurisillabici usiamo MOST.
Esempio:
He's the most attractive guy in the whole world!

AGGETTIVI CHE TERMINANO CON -Y
happy-->happier-->happiest(la Y si trasforma in I)


ECCEZIONI:
good-->better-->the best
bad-->worse-->the worst
far-->farther-->farthest (lontano)
